Polar Skate Co. accepts returns within 14 days of receipt for all unworn and unwashed items with original tags still attached. We aim to ensure you are fully satisfied with your skate gear and apparel through a streamlined exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Contact our support team or visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to request a Return Authorization.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hangtags are included to maintain eligibility for a refund.

  Ship the Goods

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
