What is your shipping policy for international orders?
We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Sweden. Shipping costs and delivery times vary by destination, typically ranging from 3 to 7 business days for international transit.
How do I return or exchange an item?
You can return any unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of receipt. Please ensure all original tags are attached. Note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
How do Polar Skate Co. pants fit?
Our pants, including the Big Boy and 93! Denim, are designed with a baggy, oversized fit. We recommend checking the specific size guide on each product page to find your perfect measurements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as digital payment options like PayPal and Apple Pay.
Are your skate decks sold with grip tape?
Unless specified in a special promotion, our decks do not come with grip tape included. You will need to purchase grip tape separately to complete your setup.
Do you restock sold-out items?
We frequently release seasonal collections and limited drops. While core basics may be restocked, most seasonal graphics and apparel are limited runs and will not be reproduced once sold out.
